How to Return or Exchange
Email Us First
Send an email with your order number and the item you'd like to return or exchange to shop@fitbodyfusion.com. Our team will confirm your return is eligible and provide any additional instructions.
Pack Your Item
Include your order number and the item you're returning or exchanging inside your package. If exchanging, note the product name, size, and color you'd like instead. Make sure items are unwashed, unworn, and in original condition with all tags and packaging attached.
Drop It in the Mail
Ship your return to our returns address. Please note that return shipping charges are your responsibility. Once we receive your package, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days and applied to your original method of payment.

Returns Policy
- Items must be returned unwashed and unworn within 14 days of your confirmed delivery date.
- All items must be in original condition with hang tags, plastic bags, and labels still attached.
- When requesting an exchange, specify the product name, size, and color you'd like. If we can't fulfill your exchange request, we'll offer available alternatives.
- Promotional and sale items can only be returned for store credit, issued as a Gift Card.
- Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.
- Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days and applied to your original method of payment.
